We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit card and debit payments via our secure checkout form. We do not accept personal checks, American Express, Bitcoin, or Paypal payments at this time.
Payment Security
Raquelfrancia.es itself is secured using an SSL Certificate and all payments are made using Stripe’s secure checkout form. Your credit card details WILL NOT be stored.
Item Availability
Please keep in mind that each item on this site is hand made, and can take as many as 7 to 10 days to complete. That said, the majority of the items listed on the site should be available for immediate purchase and shipment unless otherwise indicated. Generally, an in-stock item will ship within a single business day. If we expect there to be any delay in shipment for any reason, or if your item is out of stock, you will be contacted immediately.
Purchasing multiple items
As each of our items is uniquely hand-made, our online checkout is set up to take single orders at a time. If you are interested in purchasing multiple items, please contact us to receive a special quote.
Shipping Price
We charge a single, flat fee shipping and handling, depending on location, which includes both the actual shipping costs, as well as the cost of packaging. International orders, however, will likely experience lengthier ship times. (See below.)
Shipping Time
If you are located in continental Europe, the transit time for your shipment will likely be around 2 to 3 business days. International clients, including those in the U.S., will generally receive their item(s) within 7 business days. Again, these estimates are not guaranteed, as they vary from one national postal service to the next.
